Coping With Stress - Life Education

















WAL how to deal with stress and we are also learning about what stress is.
Today I was stating the ways I deal with stress or something like a problem and ways to calm myself down or make myself happy. The 4 main ways I cope with stress or a problem is... 1. Listening to good music to calm myself down, 2. Eating food, because I feel good when I am eating yummy food, 3. Playing sports or getting outdoors and hanging out with my mates and 4.
