Food Technology Reflection

WAL to make burgers the professional way.
Today I was making burgers, in my burger there was egg, ham, lettuce, tomato, sauce and cheese. Today we were learning how to bake and cook the ingredients and we also learnt how to tell that the bun is cooked properly. We had to put the ingredients in a order... 1. The bottom bun is at the bottom which is the start, 2. was the lettuce, 3. Tomatoes, 4. Eggs, 5. Sauce, 6. Ham & Cheese, 7. left over tomatoes and 8. was the top bun.
